Church Point
PROJECT INFO
Church Point consisted of a two stage residential subdivision in the Central Qld town of Blackwater. The first stage consisted of 41 blocks with several of the blocks being approved for higher density development. The second stage had council approval for 28 residential lots.
Metro Motel
PROJECT INFO
The Metro Motel consists of 28 rooms on George Street in Rockhampton. A further Development Approval for 9 one bedroom apartments was obtained with an additional 8*2 bedroom apartments on an adjoining block of land.
The Icon
PROJECT INFO
This prominent site is located opposite the Rockhampton Base Hospital. It is approximately 2700m2 in area and development approval was gained from the Rockhampton Regional Council for 48 serviced apartments, commercial premises including health and medical services, and a convenience store.
Platinum North
PROJECT INFO
Platinum North is a set of 25 architecturally designed units and town houses constructed in the heart of North Rockhampton. There was a variety of floor plans in the complex and most of the units included bifold doors, spa baths, private balconies and Caesarstone bench tops.
Mason Gardens
PROJECT INFO
This thirteen small lot subdivision is located on the northside of Rockhampton. The development included several duplex designs as well as small lot housing plans.
